What the Position Involves

Your role will center around communication, organization, and providing a positive member experience.

A typical day may include:

• Connecting with members through scheduled phone and video appointments
• Learning about each member's circumstances and priorities
• Presenting available benefit programs in a clear and understandable way
• Responding to questions and providing personalized assistance
• Helping members navigate online applications and digital forms
• Keeping client information and documentation accurate
• Managing appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
• Maintaining professional relationships with the members you assist
• Participating in team meetings, coaching, and continued training
