About the job INTERIM Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/LNHA - $75-$85
Job Summary: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director is responsible for operations of the skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state (Massachusetts), and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that long-term care facilities to assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility
- Ensure conformance with the annual budget
- Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.
- Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies.
- Provide a positive work environment for staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Additional qualifications:
- Experience as Executive Director in a skilled nursing facility
- Administrators license in the state of Massachusetts is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
