About the job CDL-A Dedicated Driver - Trainees Welcome

Dedicated freight, a set region, and a pay rate that climbs on schedule. No surprises.

This fleet runs out of the Inland Empire and covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. We're hiring solo drivers who live in Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Orange and nearby.

Your week

You pick up preloaded trailers and live loads, then run 1,800–2,100 miles through the Southwest. Some deliveries have 1 to 3 stops, and a few need a pallet jack or bread-rack unload. You know that going in. You're home every 2 weeks. Christmas and Thanksgiving are off.

Your pay

  • $1,200–$1,400 average per week ($62,400–$72,800 a year)
  • Your per-mile rate rises at 4, 7 and 13 months, then every year
  • $15 for each extra stop, beyond the first and last
  • Weekly direct deposit
