Entry Level Drivers Program and Requirements
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training with mentor
- Training duration: 4–6 weeks
- After completing training, transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
- 21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
- Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months
- Stable employment history
- During training, mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes, teaching safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. By the time you transition to solo, you’ll be confident and ready to handle your own routes.
Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Transport no touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Perform and document daily pre trip and post trip inspections
- Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
Who Qualifies
- 21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
- Open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with 6+ months experience
- Driver's license held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
- No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 3 years
- No DUI in the last 5 years
- No Safety terminations
- Employment gaps not to exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
- Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
