Position Overview
- Full-time W2 position
- Consistent freight with reliable dispatch
- Minimal downtime between loads
Pay Structure
- $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
- Weekly pay generally falls between $1,200–$1,500
- 2,200–2,500 miles per week
- Extra compensation for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
- Pay increases every six months
- Weekly direct deposit
- $300 orientation pay
Freight
- No-touch dry van loads
- 60% drop and hook
- Combination of preloaded and live freight
- Day and night routes available
Home Schedule
- Home every two weeks with a planned schedule

- Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025)

Getting Started
- Drivers newer to the industry are accepted

Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Entry-level drivers and those with 6+ months experience accepted
- Clean driving record required
- No major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI in the last 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Work history must meet company standards
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug test
