This is a full-time W2 role with steady freight, planned routes, and home time every two weeks.

What This Job Looks Like

  • Dry van freight with no-touch loads
  • About 60% drop and hook to keep you moving
  • Mix of live and preloaded trailers
  • Day and night runs depending on dispatch
  • Consistent miles and minimal downtime

Pay & Weekly Output

  • $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
  • Weekly earnings usually fall between $1,200–$1,500
  • Average 2,200–2,500 miles per week
  • Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
  • Pay increases every six months
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • $300 paid orientation

Home Time

  • Home every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule

Equipment You’ll Run

  • Assigned Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025)
  • Well-maintained equipment with APUs

Starting Out

  • This position is open to drivers newer to the industry as well as experienced drivers
  • 4–6 weeks of training with a dedicated mentor
  • Guaranteed weekly pay during training
  • Focus on real routes, safety, inspections, and day-to-day operations
  • After training, transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM

What You Need

  • Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
  • Open to recent CDL holders and drivers with 6+ months experience
  • Stable work history
  • No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUI within the last 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations
  • Employment history must meet company standards
  • Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
