Class A OTR Driver - $2,400-$2,700/ Wk No Touch Freight

Weekly Earnings

Reefer Drivers

• Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM
• Average take-home pay up to $2,700 per week

Dry Van Drivers

• Earn $0.76–$0.81 CPM
• Average take-home pay up to $2,400 per week

Additional Pay:

• Paid on all miles, loaded and empty
• $150 layover pay
• $25/hour detention pay after the first 2 hours
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Schedule & Freight

• Over-the-road (OTR) routes
• No New York City deliveries
• No forced dispatch
• Choose your preferred trailer: Dry Van or Reefer
• Average 3,200+ miles per week
• Home time options:
  • 2 weeks out / 2 days home
  • 3 weeks out / 4 days home

Late-Model Equipment

Drive a 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia featuring:

• Assigned truck—take it home during home time
• APU
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Power inverter
• Driver tablet
• EZ Pass and PrePass
• Pilot/Flying J fuel cards
• Truck speed governed at 72 MPH
• Pet-friendly policy from day one

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
• No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
• Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
• Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test)
