Pay and Bonus Potential

• Mileage & Hourly Pay: Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to $0.08 per mile based on performance.
• Performance Bonuses: Weekly performance pay available.
• Orientation Pay: Paid orientation.
• Paid Time Off: Earn PTO after 6 months, plus 6 holidays per year.
• Annual Bonus: Up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A license and be at least 21 years old.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no DUI incidents within the last 10 years (for CDL-A holders) or within 5 years (for non-CDL-A holders).
• Demonstrate limited preventable accidents and moving violations within specified timeframes.
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test, without any drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
