- You will be driving in: LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KY, S. MO, S. IL, NE TX
Our Trucks:
- 2019 or Newer: Drive a Kenworth, Freightliner, or International – all manual transmission (no auto restrictions)
- Top Condition: You’ll be in a well-maintained, clean truck, ready to roll

What We Need From You:
- Age: 22 years or older
- Experience: At least 12 months of regional or OTR experience in the last 3 years
- Clean Record:
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months
- No serious violations in the last 36 months (reckless driving, following too closely, etc.)
- 1 speeding ticket (15+ mph over limit) in the last 3 years is acceptable
- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUIs in the last 5 years (non-CMV)
- Stable Job History: We want long-term drivers, not job-hoppers
