Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Structure: Competitive mileage pay plus hourly pay for on-duty hours.
- Performance Incentives: Earn up to $0.08 per mile based on your performance.
- Orientation Compensation: Get paid for your orientation time.
- Paid Time Off: Accrue PTO after 6 months, including 6 holidays per year.
- Annual Bonus: Potential to earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay.
Qualifications
- CDL Requirement: Valid Class A license and at least 21 years old.
- Driving Record: Must maintain a clean driving record; no recent DUIs or serious violations.
- Health Requirements: Pass a DOT physical and drug tests.
