CDL-A OTR Driver

We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers in Crawfordville, Wakulla County and the Tallahassee area for an OTR dry van seat. Pay averages $1,200–$1,800 a week on 1,800–2,900 miles, and you're home every two weeks.

You've been driving long enough to know what a bad seat feels like. Here is this one, straight.

The job, by the numbers

• $1,200–$1,800 average per week
• 1,800–2,900 miles per week

• $15 extra-stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls
• Monthly performance bonus
• Weekly direct pay

What this job is

• Dry van freight across the central and eastern U.S.
• A mix of drop and hook, preloads and live loads
• An assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed
• An open door to mentor or team seats if you want bigger checks

What this job isn't

• It's not Northeast runs. Freight stays from Denver east, outside the Northeast.
• It's not slip-seating. The truck is yours.
• It's not a 4-week-out schedule. You're home every two weeks.

Some weekends are on the road, and holiday work is voluntary.

Starting up

Orientation is two days or less. The hotel is on us, your bus ticket is reimbursed, and you earn $300 once hired.

Requirements

• 21+, Class A CDL
• 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months
• Maximum 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
