New CDL Graduates - CDL-A Driver - Paid Mentor Training

Northeast Arkansas sits right next to the Memphis hub for this reefer fleet. If you just got your CDL, you can train for $850 a week and be home about every two weeks once you're running solo.

First 3 Months

• 4 to 6 weeks of training at $850 per week
• Then a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch

After That

• Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
• $25 stop pay
• 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week

Freight

• Reefer lanes: Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
• Mix of drop and hook and live loads

Equipment

• Late model Freightliners
• Automatics and 10 speeds
• Pets and riders after training

Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• DD214 accepted
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment
