CDL-A Trainee -Paid Mentorship

Paid Mentoring & Career Acceleration

• Training Salary: Earn $850 per week while training alongside a dedicated OTR mentor.
• Fast-Track Promotion: Jump straight to full solo mileage pay the day you complete training.
• Guaranteed Income: $1,000 weekly pay guarantee for your first 3 months running solo.
• Entry Requirement: Open to  CDL graduates with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited school.

Pay & Long-Term Earning Potential

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 to $1,800 average per week (earning potential grows with tenure).
• Bonuses & Extras: Additional performance bonuses plus $15 per stop.

Lanes & Dispatch

• Operating Territory: 27 states (everything east of Denver, 100% excluding Northeast congestion).
• Weekly Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 miles.
• Freight Handling: Mix of drop-and-hook, preloads, and live load/unload.

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home every 2 weeks (flexible schedule options open for discussion).
• Shift Details: Day/night dispatches; weekend work expected, flexible holiday scheduling.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class-A CDL and DOT Medical Card (Age 21+).
• Open to trainees/new graduates, as well as 6+ month solo drivers, teams, and owner-operators.
• Clean MVR, background check, and mandatory hair + urine drug testing.
