CDL-A Driver - Trainee - Paid Training Program

$850 a week to learn the job, $1,000 a week guaranteed your first 3 months solo, and reefer lanes that bring you home about every two weeks. Not bad for a first trucking job.

Pay

• $850 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of training
• $1,000/week guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch
• Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
• $25 stop pay

Lanes

• Texas to Tennessee, Texas to Illinois, Texas to Georgia
• Refrigerated freight with steady volume
• Drop and hook plus live loads

Training and Orientation

• Experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks
• Orientation 2 days or less with $300 orientation pay
• Lodging covered, bus fare reimbursed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120 hours CDL school minimum
• New drivers welcome. Experienced: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious ones in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine testing, 3 years verifiable work history
