PAY & BENEFITS
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00
- Employment Status: W2 position with full benefits.
- Pay Scale: Based on experience, ranging from $0.43 to $0.61 CPM.
- Weekly Mileage: Drivers cover approximately 2,200 miles per week.
- Home Time: Home every other week for 34/48 hour reset.
- Freight: 100% no-touch with mostly drop and hook.
- Rider & Pet Policy: Experienced drivers can have a rider and pet from day one.
- Orientation: Paid orientation with travel and hotel provided.
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, and PTO (starts after 60 days).
ENTRY LEVEL DRIVERS (TRAINING PROGRAM)
- Requirement: Trainees must have a VALID Class A CDL.
- Schooling: Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school.
- Format: Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period (4 to 6 weeks).
- Training Pay: Trainees are paid $650.00 per week during the training duration.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: 6 months of verifiable experience (waived for trainees).
- Accident Record: No DOT Preventable accidents or major accidents.
- History: ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification.
- Incident Record: No more than 2 preventable incidents.
- Employment History: Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
- Drug & Alcohol: Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
- Background: No DUI in the last 5 years in a commercial vehicle.
