Class A CDL Trainee – Paid Training Program

Alamogordo drivers, this account runs like OTR but keeps you inside 27 states, everything east of Denver except the Northeast, with a pay scale that climbs the longer you're on it.

Pay

• OTR pay scale, average weekly earnings from $1,200 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus program
• $15 stop pay

New to Trucking? Here's Exactly What to Expect

• Trainee pay of $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start

Route & Freight

• Runs across 27 states, everything east of Denver, excluding New England
• 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks, with options to discuss alternate schedules
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected, holidays open to discuss

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
