We are actively onboarding recent CDL-A graduates directly out of West Memphis, Crittenden County, and the greater Memphis metro area for our structured Paid Mentor Program. We provide the safety-focused training, assigned late-model equipment, and guaranteed weekly pay to turn your new license into a solid solo career.

THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

  • 4 to 6 Weeks Paid Training: Drive real OTR routes with a professional mentor assisting you from the passenger seat.

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

  • Your Assigned Tractor: 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner equipped with automatic transmission and APU.

  • 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van operations, roughly 70% drop-and-hook.
  • 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week average across established lanes East of I-35.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

  • 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: Predictable OTR schedule originating out of the West Memphis hub.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
  • Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must pass standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
