Schedule. Start time is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Most driving happens from 9 PM to 9 AM. Some runs go into Georgia and South Carolina, and those have a layover. Plan on at least one layover a week. You get two days off in the middle of the week. Weekends and holidays are part of the job.

Freight. Refrigerated grocery loads out of the Cocoa distribution center to supercenters, warehouse clubs and neighborhood markets. Every stop is a live unload, so you stay with the trailer while the store crew works.
