CDL-A Reefer Driver - Trainees Welcome - Paid Training Program

Reefer freight keeps moving year round, which means steady miles for a new driver. Train for $650 a week, hit the road solo with a $1,000 weekly guarantee, and get home every two weeks.

What the Job Is

• Refrigerated freight across the Southeast and Midwest
• Around 2,100 miles per week once you're solo
• Live load and live unload, you stay with the truck while it's worked

How You Get Paid

• $650 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of paid training
• $1,000 guaranteed per week for your first 3 months solo
• Average weekly pay  $1,200 - $1,400
• Monthly performance bonus when you hit the targets

Truck and Lifestyle

• Late model Freightliners, automatic or 10 speed
• Pets and riders allowed after training
• Orientation is 2 days or less, $300 orientation pay

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL school
• New drivers welcome. Experienced: 6 months recent OTR or 12 months in the past 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
