CDL-A OTR Truck Driver - 100% No-Touch

Join a carrier that delivers on its promises. We are looking for professional Class A CDL drivers for a consistent 12/2 OTR rotation. With modern equipment and 100% no-touch freight, we focus on keeping you moving safely.

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Weekly Average: $1,300 – $1,600
• Top Earners: Our top 20% of drivers consistently hit $1,800+ per week.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• Pay Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Additional $0.03 CPM monthly.
• Additional Pay: Paid orientation, detention, layover, and breakdown.

Schedule & Equipment:

• Home Time: 12 days on / 2 full days off.
• Miles: 2,300 – 3,000 miles per week.
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook).
• Trucks: Late-model 2022+ Freightliners & Kenworths.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
• 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean driving record (No DUI last 5 years; No SAP).
