CDL-A Driver - Trainee - Paid Mentor Training Program

Lots of drivers around Fayetteville are coming out of the military or just finished CDL school. Either way, this reefer fleet will train you at $650 a week and get you home every two weeks.

Military and New Drivers Welcome

• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Brand new CDL holders welcome
• 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with an experienced driver

Pay

• $650 per week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• Average weekly pay around $1,200 - $1,400
• Monthly performance bonus

Freight

• Refrigerated loads, about 2,100 miles a week
• Live load and live unload
• Late model Freightliners

Requirements

• 21 years or older, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours of CDL school minimum
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years depending on CDL date
• Pass hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment
