CDL-A Southwest Regional - No Touch Freight

Pinal County drivers: dedicated southwest freight with the same planner and your 34-hour reset at home.

Just got your CDL-A? Good. This job is open to new drivers, and nobody expects you to know everything yet.

Money and miles

• $850 per week while you train
• $1,000 weekly minimum for 3 months once you go solo
• $1,200 to $1,300 average per week
• 2,000 to 2,200 miles weekly
• 34-hour reset at home, home every two weeks
• No-touch freight
• $15 per extra stop
• Paid every week by direct deposit

What the job looks like

Runs cover AZ, CA, NV and NM for one steady customer.

Early 5 AM deliveries and live unloads.

How we get you from CDL school to solo

• Call: we talk through your license and record first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, one-way bus fare reimbursed, $300 after you are hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks riding with a mentor who helps with backing, logs, fuel stops and route planning. Pay is $850 weekly.
• Solo: your own truck, fleet average age 1.5 years, 10-speeds and automatics. $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months.

Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.

• "My school was short. Does it count?" If you have at least 120 hours from a CDL school, you qualify.
• "My backing is rough." That is normal. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you run solo.
• "Will my pay drop when training ends?" No. You have a $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo.
• "How often will I see home?" You take your 34-hour reset at home and are home every two weeks.

After your first 30 days

Requirements

• At least 21, Class A CDL in hand
• Recent CDL school graduate with 120+ hours, or 6 months of recent driving
• 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years and no DUI/DWI in 10 years
• DOT physical, hair test and urine test
