CDL-A Dry Van Driver - Paid Training - New CDL Holders

Ocala is the home terminal, close enough to Palatka that you're not driving half a day just to get to your truck. New drivers train for $650 a week and get home every two weeks.

Pay

• $650/week during 4 to 6 weeks of training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed your first 3 months solo
• $0.55 per mile to start, rising to $0.65 with experience
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,400
• $15 stop pay

The Work

• Dry van, drop and hook plus live loads
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• Late model Freightliners, automatic and 10 speed

Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours CDL school minimum
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the past 12 or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
