Full Stack Developer - MERN

As a Product Developer, you will design, develop and implement new ideas for EduTech products. Here's What You Will Be Doing:

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
• As an experienced full stack developer, design, develop client-side and server-side components on the MERN stack.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Should be willing to work in a very fluid startup environment and take complete ownership of the assigned responsibility
• Creating custom & reusable components with appealing UI design using AngularJS for frontend and NodeJS for the backend.
• Developing scalable REST APIs
• Improving the existing application performance, timely deployment of the applications, bug fixes and use of aforementioned technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Understanding and implementing development life cycle, database management systems for existing/upcoming application systems.
• Understanding cross-platform development

Requirements

• Min 3+ years of experience in developing modern web applications using MERN stack, namely MongoDB, ES6, React.js and Node.js
• Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimization, and scalability.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
• Good documentation experience on functional and/or technical aspects of the project.

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS
• Prior Open source contributions
• Experience building responsive designs
