Terms & Conditions for Referral Program

By participating in the referral program offered by Asian Manpower Seafarer Recruitment Co., Ltd., referrers (individuals submitting referrals) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Referrers must be legally permitted to work and participate in referral programs as per local laws. Referrals must be submitted through the approved channels to be eligible for any rewards. Referrals from current employees, if applicable, may be subject to additional requirements or restrictions.

2. Referral Process

3. Reward Eligibility

Rewards may be subject to taxes or other deductions as required by law, and eligibility for rewards is at the company’s discretion.

4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Personal data shared within the referral process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Referral Validity

6. Non-Guaranteed Employment

7. Changes to Referral Program

Asian Manpower Seafarer Recruitment Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes may apply to referrals submitted after the date of modification.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a referral, referrers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
