Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Casino Dealers to join Royal Caribbeans world-class onboard casino team.

Forget Las Vegas — make the entire world your playground. Deal Blackjack in international waters, spin Roulette in the Caribbean, and engage with guests from around the globe.

This is more than just dealing cards — its about delivering excitement, professionalism, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Successful candidates will begin with a six-month contract and may be offered continued assignments based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Game Operations

  • Conduct table games (Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and others) according to company procedures
  • Ensure all wagers are placed before cards are dealt, the wheel is spun, or dice are tossed
  • Maintain proper game pace and professional table control
  • Handle cards, dice, chips, money, and gaming equipment accurately and efficiently
  • Exchange cash for chips and clearly announce transactions

Guest Interaction

  • Explain rules and game procedures clearly to guests
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and confident demeanor
  • Manage table dynamics and resolve minor guest concerns tactfully
  • Provide a premium casino experience aligned with Royal Caribbean standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Proof of completion of Gaming Board and/or Commission-approved dealer school (or international equivalent)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience dealing:

    • Blackjack
    • American Roulette
    • Caribbean Stud Poker
    • Other casino table games

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong mental math and quick decision-making skills
  • Ability to rapidly recognize numbers on dice, cards, and roulette wheels
  • Strong game control and table management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional presentation and customer service mindset

Language & Visa

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Must be eligible to obtain C1/D visa and other required international visas

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must meet shipboard medical standards
  • Must be able to participate in emergency drills and safety training onboard
