About the Role

To design and execute the companys sales and marketing strategies, aligning with organizational objectives. To manage end-to-end sales and marketing functions, oversee market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction. To drive initiatives that will enhance brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.To set Sales & Marketing team KPIs and regularly review team performance to ensure accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree in Commerce (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or any other relevant field)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in selling B2B and Government IT enterprise hardware and solution
  • Strong knowledge of corporate branding strategies and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Code B Drivers License with at least 5 years of driving experience.
  • Proven Sales Experience within ICT or Telecommunications industries is preferred
  • Experience with various ERP and sales CRM software
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Design tailored marketing solutions that address customer and environmental needs.
  • Lead sales team to ensure delivery on company sales targets
  • Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
