About the Role
To design and execute the companys sales and marketing strategies, aligning with organizational objectives. To manage end-to-end sales and marketing functions, oversee market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction. To drive initiatives that will enhance brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.To set Sales & Marketing team KPIs and regularly review team performance to ensure accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Commerce (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or any other relevant field)
- Minimum 10 years experience in selling B2B and Government IT enterprise hardware and solution
- Strong knowledge of corporate branding strategies and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Code B Drivers License with at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Proven Sales Experience within ICT or Telecommunications industries is preferred
- Experience with various ERP and sales CRM software
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design tailored marketing solutions that address customer and environmental needs.
- Lead sales team to ensure delivery on company sales targets
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning and implementing advertising strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather and act on insights from clients to improve offerings and services
- Define sales objectives, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor CRM systems to track client interactions and satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and provide solutions to enhance retention.
- Marketing Execution
- Design and implement marketing initiatives, including advertisements, promotions, and events.
- Conduct market segmentation and create targeted campaigns for specific customer groups.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key representative of the company at industry events and forums.
- Build partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and media outlets to enhance the companys presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align objectives.
- Team Management and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establish clear team goals and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales and marketing budget.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency in campaigns.
- Generate reports on budget performance and ROI.
