IT Technician Graduate Intern x 4

Altus ICT is looking for an IT Technician Interns to provide top-notch technical support, ensure seamless system operations, and assist both internal and external stakeholders with their IT needs. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, network security, and keeping technology running smoothly, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain hardware, software, and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure network security and data privacy compliance
• Provide customer support and IT guidance
• Conduct system updates, installations, and maintenance

What You Need:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
• 2 + years of experience in a similar role
• Certification in A+/N+ or equivalent IT qualification
• CCNA, NSE4, Microsoft server Management, CCTV, Access Control and Network installation certificates Certifications will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, servers, and security software
• A valid drivers license (Code 8) Will be an added advantage
