About the Role

ALTUS ICT is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand, engage customers, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities across events, digital platforms, and content marketing to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing

  • Plan and manage marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance.

Content Creation & Website Management

  • Develop engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee website updates, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user experience.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and implement improvements.
  • Stay up to date with trends and tools to keep ALTUS ICT competitive in the digital space.

Market Research & Brand Management

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform strategies.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies

Digital Marketing & SEO: SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing strategies.
Social Media & Content Management: CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla), scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
Graphic & Video Editing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign.
Analytics & Market Research: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SurveyMonkey.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot.
Online Advertising & A/B Testing: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Event & Brand Management: Eventbrite, Cvent, PR and corporate branding strategies.
Project Management & Copywriting: Asana, Trello, strong writing skills for marketing content.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or branding with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.
Ability to analyze data, track trends, and adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
