Compensation: $170,000-$210,000 plus equity. Executive benefits package included.
Minimum Experience Required: 7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of engineering management experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Role: As an Engineering Director/Manager, your leadership will shape both our technologies and our engineering culture. You'll build, manage, and grow engineering teams, driving technical strategy aligned with business goals to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications:
7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical background and hands-on coding experience.
3+ years of engineering management experience, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and product delivery.

Experience scaling engineering teams during rapid growth to meet business demands and ensure high-quality output.
Track record of successful product delivery to showcase your leadership capabilities and impact on the organization.
