About the Role:
Were looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our in-office team in Costa Mesa. In this role, youll take charge of our social media presence and lead cold outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build and nurture an online community while also executing data-driven marketing campaigns to support sales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
- Write compelling copy for posts, newsletters, and cold email campaigns
- Design and implement cold outreach strategies (via email, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and marketing efforts
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for performance
- Stay on top of trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or cold email outreach
- Strong writing and content creation skills (design experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Comfortable using analytics to drive decision-making
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA
