Location: Costa Mesa, CA (In-Office)
Position Overview: We are looking for a Programmatic Media Manager to lead our B2B digital acquisition campaigns. Reporting to the CEO, this role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic advertising to generate measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, native, and paid social.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Manage monthly ad budgets of $50,000-$100,000+.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Use platforms like Meta for Business, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and DV360.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align content with campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and B2B campaigns.
- Proficiency in platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360 and TradeDesk.
- Proven success managing high-budget campaigns and meeting KPI targets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign optimization tools.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
