Controller - CPA

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

We are seeking a talented Accounting Manager CPA to join our dynamic team in the enterprise hospitality and software industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Manage employee compensation and benefits.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
