Position: VP of Sales (Point-of-Sale)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive significant revenue growth in the restaurant technology space. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for scaling a high-performing sales organization, refining go-to-market strategies, and accelerating our expansion within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, lead, and execute the companys overall sales strategy, which is focused on rapid team expansion and market penetration across Texas.
- Be the head of recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing commission-only sales team, starting with an initial group of 8 field reps in Austin.
- Scale the sales team to 50 representatives within 12 months, covering key UK markets such as London.
- Secure high-value opportunities and drive revenue growth across the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
- Create and implement sales training programs and workshops to boost team performance.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, focusing on expanding our customer base.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for our products and services.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to drive leads and close deals.
- Ensure accurate CRM data to inform business strategy and track growth.
- Present product demonstrations to clients in person or via Zoom.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, while meeting weekly KPIs.
- Monitor sales data, generate reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of high performance, offering coaching and mentorship to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proven track record in hiring, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience managing sales processes and achieving KPIs and quotas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to present and close deals with C-level executives and Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of software systems is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Pay: USD 150,000 base + Commissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £110,000.00 per year
