Position: Customer Service Agent (Remote - WORK AT HOME)
Job Description: We are looking for permanent staff to work from home as part of our customer service team. Selected candidates will assist our customers in English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
40/hours each week
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote customer service in English and Spanish (other languages will be valued).
- Assist customers throughout the car rental process, answering questions and managing any issues.
- Efficiently handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Deliver an exceptional service experience that reflects our values.
- Other administrative and support tasks within the customer service area.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Stable internet connection and adequate equipment for remote work.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the car rental or tourism sector.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
