When you submit a referral, we may collect and process the following personal data:

Referrer details

• Your Full Name

• Your Email Address

• Your Employee ID
  

Candidate details

• Candidate Full Name

• Candidate Email Address

• Candidate Phone Number

• Candidate Description (as provided by you)

• Candidate Resume
  

3. Purpose of Collection
The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:

• To record and process your referral submission;

• To contact the candidate for recruitment purposes;

• To evaluate the candidate’s suitability for employment;

• To communicate with you regarding the referral process and its outcome;

• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;

• To maintain records of referrals for internal reporting and program administration.
  

4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may share the personal data collected with the following parties where necessary:

• Internal departments and management involved in recruitment and hiring;

• Third-party service providers assisting with candidate assessments or background checks;

• Regulatory authorities, government bodies, or law enforcement agencies where required by law;

• Any other parties as authorised by the referrer or the candidate.
  

5. Security of Personal Data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data submitted through the referral program against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

6. Retention of Data
Candidate information will be retained for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. If the candidate is not successful, their data may be kept for a reasonable period for future opportunities, unless they request otherwise. Referrer data will be retained in accordance with our HR policies and referral program records.

7. Access and Correction
Candidates and referrers have the right to request access to, and correction of, their personal data held by us. Requests can be made in writing to the contact provided below.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the candidate’s consent to provide their personal data to us for the purposes stated in this notice. You also acknowledge that the candidate has been informed of their rights under the PDPA.
