What would you be doing:

  • Verify and match supplier invoices with orders and payment records.

  • Ensure all supplier invoices are accurate and properly documented.

  • Assist in preparing weekly / monthly reconciliation reports for supplier accounts.

  • Support other procurement-related administrative tasks when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial and supplier data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
