What would you be doing:

  • Develop and execute Instagram strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, conversions).
  • Oversee content planning and publishingfeed posts, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor analytics and campaign performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain brand consistency in voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all Instagram activities.
  • Managing Instagram ad campaigns, from ideation to A/B testing and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a social media or Meta ads strategist, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful Instagram campaigns.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, SEO, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of Instagram SEO, algorithm dynamics, and content formats.
  • Strong analytical skillscomfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
