What would you be doing:
- Develop and execute Instagram strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, conversions).
- Oversee content planning and publishingfeed posts, reels, and stories.
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain brand consistency in voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all Instagram activities.
- Managing Instagram ad campaigns, from ideation to A/B testing and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience as a social media or Meta ads strategist, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful Instagram campaigns.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, SEO, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
- Solid understanding of Instagram SEO, algorithm dynamics, and content formats.
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
