Referral Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. New Candidate: The referred candidate must not already be in our database.
2. Successful Placement: The referred candidate must pass the warranty period specified in their employment contract.

Referral Bonus

• Amount: EUR 300.
• Payment: The bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully passes the warranty period.

General Terms

• Submission: Referrals must be submitted via email to joelle@alphatalentsolutions.com, including the CV or Contact Details of the Referral.
• Tax: Any tax on the bonus is the referrer's responsibility.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time without notice, but valid referrals before changes will be honored.
• Disqualification: Invalid if the candidate is already in our database or doesn't pass the warranty period.
