Our client is a well-established digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. With over a decade of continuous growth and expansion across international markets, they are now looking to hire a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of affiliate strategy, drive revenue growth, and work within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
  • Own and deliver against key KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV
  • Identify and onboard high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, traffic quality, and conversion rates
  • Analyze data to improve retention, player value, and overall profitability
  • Work with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. Affilka, Income Access, Everflow or similar)
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant traffic
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Marketing, BI, and Compliance teams
  • Support launches in new regulated markets through affiliate channels

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, gambling, or sports betting
  • Proven track record managing revenue-generating affiliate portfolios
  • Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial models
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and performance tracking tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Russian or Ukrainian language skills are highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai
