Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Head of Acquisition.
We are seeking a high-performance, data-driven, and creative Head of Acquisition to drive social-first, AI-powered customer acquisition for our sportsbook and casino brands. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, innovative problem-solving, and creative campaign execution, alongside expertise in TikTok, Meta, Telegram, paid media, influencer marketing, and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities
- Own & execute the full acquisition strategy, driving high-value players across social, paid, and community-driven channels.
- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that combine AI automation, viral social strategies, and real-time betting insights.
- Lead a high-performing acquisition team including social acquisition, paid media, influencer marketing, AI automation, and content specialists.
- Bring a creative, brand-first mindset to paid acquisition, ensuring that stealth UGC, interactive ad formats, and AI-generated influencers drive authentic engagement.
- Apply marketing psychology, storytelling, and conversion-focused creative strategies to optimize brand messaging and player onboarding.
- Scale TikTok & Meta UGC ad strategies, leveraging stealth influencer content to drive high-intent traffic.
- Develop and launch viral influencer campaigns, ensuring UGC is distributed across social-first betting communities.
- Work with the Referral & Community Manager to expand the peer-to-peer referral program into a social-first acquisition machine.
- Lead Performance Max & Advantage+ campaigns, using AI-powered audience segmentation to maximize conversions.
- Deploy multi-account strategies & grey market compliance tactics to navigate ad restrictions & scale acquisition.
- Innovate real-time odds-driven ad campaigns, ensuring dynamic ad creatives respond to live betting trends.
- Oversee AI-powered landing page personalization, adapting content dynamically based on user behavior, traffic source & geolocation.
- Ensure real-time A/B testing at scale, letting AI determine top-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Work with the AI & Automation Specialist to develop predictive audience modeling & suppression list automation for maximum targeting efficiency.
- Own end-to-end tracking & multi-touch attribution models to ensure accurate ROAS measurement.
- Implement data-driven budget allocation, shifting spend dynamically based on player quality & LTV.
- Run weekly performance reviews, providing insights on acquisition funnels, creative testing, and new market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
- 2+ years of experience in a similar leading role
- 5 years of experience in a senior acquisition, paid media or performance marketing role within fast-paced environment and iGaming industry with a strong emphasis on grey markets, sportsbook, casino or high LTV verticals.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in German, French, or Turkish is a plus.
- Proven ability to blend creativity with data must be able to conceptualize innovative marketing strategies while optimizing performance metrics.
- Deep knowledge of grey market acquisition tactics, including multi-account structures, cloaking, and compliance workarounds.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max, AI-driven audience segmentation, and real-time odds integration in ads.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, including building micro-influencer networks & scaling UGC-driven referral programs.
- Strong analytical skillsmust be able to interpret performance data, adjust budgets, and optimize acquisition funnels.
- Ability to lead and grow a performance-driven acquisition team, managing social, paid media, influencer, and automation specialists.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing automation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI-enhanced media buying).
- Previous experience running PPC, programmatic, and odds-driven ad campaigns in regulated/grey markets.
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), multi-touch attribution, and AI-enhanced predictive modeling.
