Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and professional support to customers regarding products, services, and payments
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, live chat, and SMS
  • Support customer onboarding processes, including documentation and verification
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products/services
  • Manage customer accounts in collaboration with internal collections and payments teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Contribute to reporting, process improvements, and operational documentation
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members when required
  • Take initiative in suggesting improvements to systems and workflows

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, or sales (financial services experience is an advantage)
  • Experience with customer onboarding and document verification processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
