Seedling Dispatch Officer

Our client, a reputable vegetable farm based in Riebeeck-West, Western Cape, is looking to appoint a skilled and responsible Seedling Dispatch Officer to support their operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet coordination and management will be an advantage
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans, write and speak
• Ability to lead a team, delegate & follow-up
• Valid drivers license
• Own transport

Main Responsibilities:

• Weekly planning and execution of the seedling deliveries
• Prepare seedlings for transport & delivery
• Management of packing stock
• Backload planning and implementation
• Assist with Fleet Management
• Managing and guidance of the Packing Team
• Manage the Drivers Team
• Ad hoc tasks
