M&E Resident Technical Officer - Polyclinic

Requirements:

• Required for site supervision of mechanical & electrical works for healthcare development.
• Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations for local residential/institutional/healthcare development.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for mechanical & electrical installations (or services) related to building projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of installation work, able to identify poor installation practices, and bad workmanship.
• Know how pre-commissioning and commissioning tests are being carried out and interpret test results.
• Diligent in walking the site to check for non-conformity and bad installation practices.
• Past work experience in healthcare/residential/institutional projects is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
