BIM Modeller (Drafter / Draughtsman / Draughtsperson)

JOB  DESCRIPTIONS:

• Design and model electrical services for building
• Check and incorporate all relevant standard details and design data onto drawings
• Ensure design systems comply with code requirement

MAIN  JOB  REQUIREMENTS  &  SKILLS:

• Possess at least NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Building Services) or equivalent.
• 3 years of working experience in drafting preferred
• Be conversant in AutoCAD and REVIT
• Ability to apply knowledge to practical situations
• Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, self-driven, committed, and positive work attitude
