Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and tracking high-quality training programs across the firm. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure training initiatives meet organizational goals, foster development, and enhance overall performance. This position requires a blend of project management, instructional design, facilitation, and analytical skills, supporting both operational and strategic L&D efforts.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
L&D Project & Initiative Support
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of L&D projects and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure programs meet enterprise needs and strategic goals.
- Support organizational change and company-wide initiatives through timely, tailored training solutions.
Instructional Design & Delivery
- Design, develop, and update training content, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning modules, and supplementary materials.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and firm-wide programs in conjunction with team leads and SMEs.
- Ensure training experiences are interactive, engaging, and cater to diverse learner needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Firm-Wide Collaboration
- Consult with managers, leaders, and SMEs to assess training needs and gather input for program development.
- Serve as an L&D liaison for firm-wide initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance training quality continuously.
Training Calendar Oversight
- Manage, publish, and maintain the firm-wide training calendar.
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, registration, technology, and resource allocation.
- Ensure transparency and alignment between training schedules, business priorities, and learner availability.
L&D Analytics Oversight
- Partner with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking of KPIs, attendance, and program effectiveness.
- Leverage data insights to refine programs, improve outcomes, and demonstrate ROI.
- Prepare and present analytical reports for leadership review.
Team & Manager Support
- Provide operational and instructional support to the Training Manager.
- Collaborate with L&D team leads to maintain alignment, consistency, and scalability of training initiatives.
- Foster collaboration within the L&D function, minimizing silos.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led and digital training programs.
- Strong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools, and virtual training platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training and program data to inform decision-making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in immigration law or legal services is highly desirable.
- Certifications in training or human resources (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.

Work Environment
- Hybrid Role based in San Antonio, TX.
- Combination of in-person meetings and remote work. Occasional travel is required for stakeholder engagement, community events, and conferences.
