Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to advertise positions, engage with candidates, and expand the network.
- Analyze resumes to identify the skills and requirements needed for the most suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage applications and interview processes effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline filled with exceptional talent.
- Guide and support candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring they have a reliable point of contact.
- Deliver the best candidate experience possible, regardless of the outcome of their application.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as an IT recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities.
- A resilient attitude and attention to detail will be valued.
- Fluency in English.
