Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to advertise positions, engage with candidates, and expand the network.
  • Analyze resumes to identify the skills and requirements needed for the most suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage applications and interview processes effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline filled with exceptional talent.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring they have a reliable point of contact.
  • Deliver the best candidate experience possible, regardless of the outcome of their application.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as an IT recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time-management abilities.
  • A resilient attitude and attention to detail will be valued.
  • Fluency in English.
