Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our partner.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
• Integrate and manage data across Firestore, Pub/Sub, Airflow, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance.
• Utilize Scala where applicable to optimize data processing tasks (if familiar).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous professional experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in PySpark and SQL.
• Experience with Firestore, Pub/Sub, Airflow, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Scala is considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
