About the job SAP SuccessFactors

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors to join our partner in the automotive area. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform testing and train end-users.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that solutions meet performance and functionality standards.
  • Provide end-user training and develop user guides and documentation to support the systems effective use.
  • Assist with data cleansing, migration, and validation during system implementation or upgrade.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any user issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how SAP SuccessFactors supports them.
  • Experience with SAP's SuccessFactors product in the following modules: Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Preference for knowledge of integration with SAP Employee Central Payroll.
  • Preference for knowledge in CPI environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Good analysis problem-solving skills.
  • Good level of english.
