About the job SAP SuccessFactors
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors to join our partner in the automotive area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and train end-users.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that solutions meet performance and functionality standards.
- Provide end-user training and develop user guides and documentation to support the systems effective use.
- Assist with data cleansing, migration, and validation during system implementation or upgrade.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any user issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how SAP SuccessFactors supports them.
- Experience with SAP's SuccessFactors product in the following modules: Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting and Compensation and Benefits.
- Preference for knowledge of integration with SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Preference for knowledge in CPI environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Good analysis problem-solving skills.
- Good level of english.
