Technical Writer

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to play a key role in a leading company in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation;
• Translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences, ranging from developers to end-users;
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers, to ensure accurate and effective documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT concepts, including networking, software development, system architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Markdown for documentation.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# (optional based on expertise).
• Understanding of APIs and their documentation using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Expertise in creating various technical documents, such as user manuals, API documentation, system guides, whitepapers, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Ability to distill complex technical details into clear, understandable language for different audience levels.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Fluency in English.
